Incorrect / Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing correct address information.Returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete address may require additional shipping costs.
Lost / Delayed / Damaged Shipments
For product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items:
Must be reported within 30 days
Photos + description required
If approved → replacement or refund at no cost
Does not count toward the 1-refund lifetime limit
Return may not be required
These cases are handled in alignment with Supliful fulfillment procedures.
